[hpsdr] piHPSDR v1.1.1-beta

Please enlighten me. Is the piHPSDR program meant to use the Raspberry Pi 3B as a sort of CAT controller for an ANAN RTx,
or does it implement a stand-alone SDR receiver that connects to the USB port of an Ozy/Mercury combo, performing all
the filtering and demodulating stuff on the Raspberry CPU ?
