[hpsdr] piHPSDR v1.1.1-beta

I have pushed an update to github of piHPSDR which fixes 2 of the most 
annoying bugs:

   1. The enumeration of input and output audio devices in the RX and TX 
menu.
   2. Using the touch screen to change the frequency when CTUN is active.

The updated version can be downloaded using the same instructions at for

More updates will be coming over the next few days as we iron out any 
more problems.
