[hpsdr] pihpsdr software

Hello Glen,

If it doesn't come up, it is possible something was not found or 
something was wrong.  Try bringing up a terminal screen and
start it from the command line.  You should be able to scroll back
in the terminal screen and see any error or progress messages.  Another
thing to look for is a permissions problem on various files.
