[hpsdr] 'pure signal in action'

Hi,

It's always a great satisfaction when one raises a cheer for his
developments, especially when it comes from the competition. The German ham
magazine CQ-DL published in the March issue a review of the Hilberling LDMOS
amp HPA-8000B written by the European Flex Radio rep Klaus, DK7XL. A longer
section of this article informs about OpenHPSDR, the developers and the
wonderful capabilities of Pure Signal.  Together with HERMES the HPA-8000B
could be linearized up to an IMD3 level of -62dBc at 1 KW PEP and 3.7 Mhz. A
reprint of Hans' DL2MDQ fine paper about IM behavior of cascaded amplifiers
is also part of this review.

The quintessence of this review is: You can ONLY enjoy the full flavor of
this amp, when your exciter is able to employ adaptive predistortion.
