[hpsdr] Wireshark plug-in for the openHPSDR Ethernet protocol - "The new protocol"

G'day Matt,

On what distribution of Linux was the binary compiled? It doesn't work
work for me on an Ubuntu 16.04 AMD64 system with Wireshark-2.0.2.
Wireshark exits immediately after launching it.
