[hpsdr] Wireshark plug-in for the openHPSDR Ethernet protocol - "The new protocol"

G'day Matt,

Launching Wireshark from a shell reveals the following error message:

20:02:16          Err  Field 'Set IP -  IP Address' (openhpsdr-
e.cr.setip.ip) is an FT_IPXNET but is being displayed as (Bit count:
12) instead of BASE_NONE
