[hpsdr] Problems using Pure Signal.

Hi all.

For some time I have had some problems using Pure Signal when using my  
main PC and ANAN-200D. On two of my other PC´s, it is OK. I also have some  
problems in RX, a strong signal is broken and garbled. When using PS, the  
display jumps up and down and I get reports that my transmission is broken.

I first tried to reset the database but to no help. I also deleted the  
actual directory and did a complete new installation but still no help.

I then started Windows Defender and did a full scan. WD did not find any  
faults but after that, I have no problem with PS and the other observed  
problems. So it seems as WD did help!

I am using Windows 10, latest update.
