[hpsdr] Powersdr Memory Does Not Work for Repeaters.

I decided to try psdr 3.3.9 and my ANAN-200D to visit 6 meter repeaters. 
I programmed each repeater and verified I could reach it. I then saved 
it in the Memory tab. I used "SPLIT" for receive to transmit. When I 
recall the saved configurations the VFO B frequency doesn't get 
programmed. SPLIT operation does get selected, as well as FM and CTCSS 
tone control.

Any ideas.
