Not quite.  With or without cycling bandstacks and even prior to your great
import work, the CW filters do not persist/save when: (1) changing mode; nor
(2) changing bands and going immediately back to the previous band.  SSB
filters DO appear to persist, but the CW filters always revert back to their
default values for HI, LOW, and WIDTH.

Example:  Customize the CWL 2.7 kHz filter such that HIGH=0, LOW= -2700 and
WIDTH=2700.  Next, briefly switch to another mode then come back to CWL and
notice that the filter is back to its default value of HIGH=750; LOW= -1950;
WIDTH=2700.  Also, change bands and come back.  Same result.
