[hpsdr] PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR mRX PS v3.4.1 released

Steve,
     PowerSDR mRX 3.4.1 requires protocol 1 (old protocol).
     Thetis requires protocol 2 (new protocol).

   The latest firmware for ANAN-100D Angelia:
Protocol 1    Angelia v5.8
Protocol 2   Angelia v11.6

You could upgrade Protocol 1 from Angelia_v5.5 to Angelia_v5.8 to take 
advantage of improvements and new features found in PowerSDR 3.4.1.

Note : Thetis does not presently include the newly announced features of 
PowerSDR mRx 3.4.1
