Warren--you have no idea how excited I am to hear you talk on Teamspeak
about the possibility of high quality resamplers in the code. Wait, maybe
you do know how excited I am ;-)

Bryan--is it time for "VAC0" yet? For the rest of the list, that would be
an audio stream that is identical to the stream sent to the CODEC in the
radio, rather than the separate RX1 and RX2 streams carried on VAC1 and
VAC2 respectively.
