[hpsdr] Next Generation DFC system.

Thanks Steve,
My 2 NVidia cards are in openSUSE boxes, GeForce GTX 1050 Ti and GeForce 
GTX 560 Ti.

The original FLRadio ran on them so I'll have a look at the scripts and 
amend where necessary.
