[hpsdr] ADC for Hermes redesiign

Kjell,

What are is the current thinking regarding ADC chip(s)?  Perhaps a 
2-channel chip?  Would sure like

to see a 300Mhz ADC for REAL 2M capability!

I know this is probably a firmware issue, but not having a FIXED rx 
audio output is a pain for digital.

I for one would like to turn off the speakers during digital.  I do not 
use the I/Q direct output feature to

another piece of software that might could cure this problem.

Now, before I get flamed, a graphic lcd interface and mouse input.

I am assuming you guys are thinking about replacing the PHY?
