[hpsdr] How to configure a hermes IP connection?

You guys are making this **WAY** more complicated than it needs to be.

Just set the radio back to either DHCP (IP = 0.0.0.0) or a fixed IP using
Bootloader and be done with it.

If you have both the PC and radio connected to a source of DHCP then use
DHCP--this is the preferred setup.

If you have both the PC and radio isolated from the rest of the world
(directly connected either with a single cable or with a switch) you must
use fixed IPs on the same subnet on both the PC and radio.

If you have more than one NIC in your PC (and WiFi counts as one) then you
must set the Network Metric so that the NIC attached to the radio has a
lower Metric value (higher priority).
