[hpsdr] Munin2 schematic versus instructions on L3 and L4

Hi Jack and John.

The schematic of Munin 2 07/05/15 is correct and the PCB has no connection  
to the center tap of the output transformer. So you have to remove some  
paint near the center tap pad and short with a piece of braid to get the  
13,8V connected.

L3 is wound with 10 turn without center tap. C5 and C6 should be DNI.
