[hpsdr] WSJT-X with PowerSDR/DDUtil

I was looking all over the CAT form for an additional serial port and 
never saw that there was a "CAT+" tab.  Now that I found it problem 
solved.  Thanks!

It will be nice to only need DDUtil for the tuning knob, as getting 
anything else to work reliably was always a challenge.
