[hpsdr] WSJT-X with PowerSDR/DDUtil

In WSJT-X you need to set the radio type to TS-2000 and use CAT keying.

PowerSDR *is* the radio, regardless of the RF hardware. The hardware does
not matter. As long as you are using PowerSDR the setup remains the same.
