If WWV is, in fact, going away, HPSDR developers may now want to consider

including a 1pps input on HPSDR hardware.  Since these GPS modules are 
very inexpensive, we

can take the 1pps input to an interrupt, and sample the 10Mhz TXCO 
oscillator through a 24 or 32 bit

timer/counter, and do a self_correction factor to obtain high accuracy 
without the need for a 10Mhz

reference.
