[hpsdr] LinHPSDR on Mac

Hello,

I saw that the Git Repository for LinHPSDR was updated to include MacOS
instructions in the last 4-5 days.   I followed the information from
macOS.md but have this issue with the compile, last step:

Terrys-MBP:linhpsdr tlong$ make -f Makefile.mac install


gcc -g -Wno-deprecated-declarations -D GIT_DATE='"2018-08-19"' -D
GIT_VERSION='"Beta"' `pkg-config --cflags gtk+-3.0` -c -o main.o main.c

Package gtk+-3.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.

Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gtk+-3.0.pc'

to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable

No package 'gtk+-3.0' found

*main.c:20:10: **fatal error: **'gtk/gtk.h' file not found*

#include <gtk/gtk.h>

*         ^~~~~~~~~~~*

1 error generated.

make: *** [main.o] Error 1

Any help would be appreciated.
