[hpsdr] Hermes, no Firmware Update possibile

Hi Kjell, 

Yes, I too ALWAYS use bootloader mode to change firmware in any of the OpenHPSDR/Apache Labs platforms, as like you, I find the various HPSR Programmer programs much less reliable.  Bootloader always works simply and flawlessly.  

I can’t speak to the OpenHPSDR site links.  I personally always search for any software/firmware versions on the GitHub repository.
