[hpsdr] Hermes, no Firmware Update possibile

I would guess that the HPSDR programmer tool is using the
3.1 file that you downloaded a long time ago and is probably still on your
computer.

If so then you probably need to select the new 3.3 rbf file that you just
downloaded when you tell HPSDR programmer which image to send to your unit.
