[hpsdr] Hercules DJ Control Compact Ultra Sensitive

My Hercules DJ Control Compact had been working fine until recently.  It 
suddenly became way too sensitive to movement for JogA & JogB (VFO A & 
B).  I have tried setting the new "MIDI Wheel updates/step from the max 
9 & 64 all the way down to 1 & 2.  This seems to have NO effect on the 
tuning rate or sensitivity.  Am I missing something?  Thanks, Jay, HP3AK
