[hpsdr] Beta release of linHPSDR

Hi All,

I know this is an old thread, but after setting up a now Ubuntu 18.04
machine with linhpsdr, I fell into this trap as well, and it was some
help figuring out what I needed to do.  I thought I'd add a little, to
make it easier the next time I have this problem, by adding to the
thread.  :-)  The solution is to change the ownership or
~/.local/share/linhpsdr to yourself from root.  You can also copy the
wdspWisdom file from pihpsdr if it was made on the same machine from the
pihpsdr directory if you built that as well. This saved me a little
waiting.  :-)

73,

Rob
