[hpsdr] PowerSDR mRX and RX2 step attenuator

Hi, List!

I have found a solution for my problem.

1. Open database.xml in text editor
2. Find lines:
    <Key>chkRX2StepAtt</Key>
    <Value>False</Value>
3. Change <Value> to True :
    <Key>chkRX2StepAtt</Key>
    <Value>False</Value>

That's it. Now PowerSDR displays step attenuators for both ADCs and they can
be controlled independently.

Best!
