[hpsdr] The OpenHPSDR mRX PS DISPLAY 'Bubbles" Are Gone Now

 Greetings everyone

Several days ago I installed the newest *WSJT-X 2.1.0 *software (includes
the FT4 release!) that uses a revised waveform generator.

To my delight the display on the HPSDR screen no longer has what I call
"Bubbles"
where the displayed TX-signal shows bursts of a broad base signal shaped
like an old-style oil-dispenser (when running v3.4.7 SW.)
