[hpsdr] Protocol 1 firmware updates for 7000DLE/7000DLE MkII/8000DLE

All, 

New firmware (Protocol 1) for ANAN 7000DLE/7000DLE MkII/8000DLE radios, Orion_MkII_v2.6_N1GP_5-3,  is released and is currently available for download from the GitHub HPSDR repository:

This version fixes issues associated with Tx attenuator switching and various timing issues.  Firmware versions v2.4 and v2.5 have also been added to the “previous versions” folder for these platforms in the repository.  The specific changes made per version are detailed in the Release_Notes_Orion_MkII.txt file.  

Thanks to all that assisted me in gathering together contributions and establishing the chronology of the various developers that have been implemented to create these firmware versions over the past months.  Your help enabled me to bring the repository up to date for these platforms.
