[hpsdr] Protocol 1 firmware updates for 7000DLE/7000DLE MkII/8000DLE

For some reason the noise level jumped up about 40db. Does anyone
else see this? VAC digital seems solid unlike any P2 including the latest
(minimal testing) but looks good. I could not get PS working at driver 
levels,
amp off line at the moment.
