[hpsdr] Penelope J6 open collector voltage capability

I use Penelope open collectors to band change my Codan Amplifier.  The LPF relays in the Codan operate at 12 volts and Penelope switches bands no problem.  
My Sailor T1130 amplifier uses 24 volt relay coils.  
These relays have BAV21 switching back EMF diodes.
I know Penelope is similarly protected with fly back diodes.
My question is will Penelope switch 24 volts.
I can't find any reference to this question but it has been asked B4.
