[hpsdr] Help with Hermes VNA

Very, very strange, John.

I'm no software coder and sorry, I don't have further ideas available.
Many, probably most HPSDR fans are using today win 10 as OS. Even my old
Ozy on an ATLAS configuration works great with PowerSDR v.3.4.9 and win 10.

Hopefully somebody can help you soon.
