[hpsdr] Help with Hermes VNA

I wonder what the difference is between a program and an app.  PowerSDR
mRx PS is seen in "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows
Defender Firewall\Allowed apps" but VNA.exe (HermesVNA), when I add it
is seen as "Hermes VNA Application" and not VNA.exe
