[hpsdr] Help with Hermes VNA

I'm still not able to get HermesVNA or HamVNA to work on Windows 10.  
OpenHPSDRmRx works with my Hermes.  I can see that the Ethernet 
connection sends and receives when OpenHPSDR is being used and info is 
being sent both ways (TX and RX), but if HermesVNA is tried, info is 
only being sent from the PC and nothing is reported as being received 
from the Ethernet connection.

Since HermesVNA worked well with Hermes before I updated to Windows 7, 
something in Windows 10 must be blocking the reception of my PC when 
HermesVNA is run.

Does anyone know how to examine what RX reception is being blocked on an 
Ethernet adapter when running Windows 10?  I just can't help thinking 
Windows 10 thinks it is doing something to protect me (It doesn't seem 
to work the way I do) and that it thinks it is better than the purchaser 
who paid over $200. to buy it from a reputable retailer.
