[hpsdr] THETIS manual updated draft

Hi Laurence,

Thank you very much for this manual. It looks like an excellent 
document.

I just updated the firmware on on my Hermes to Protocol 2 v10.8. I 
installed the Thetis 9 Feb 2020 software from your web site. Everything 
I have tried seems to work except RX2 is not functional. However that is 
not too important to me at present. Is this a known problem ?
