[hpsdr] Hermes protocol 2 Firmware.

Hi Martin.

I did one more test with one of my Hermes board and a very fast I7 PC but
the TX part still does not work.

I believe that the only solution for me is to replace the FPGA with a
faster one. I´ll ask Abhi if he has some from the batches he used in
Hermes and if they works OK, I might replace the FPGA in the other board
that is not working.

But I can continue to use Protocol 1. I have plans to install one Hermes
board in a small enclosure and use it as a Spectrum Analyzer with Tracking
Generator up to 60 MHz and in addition use it as a follower after my 4,3
GHZ Marconi Spectrum analyzer by connecting it to the IF output on 47,4
MHz. In this way I am able to measure with very low IF bandwidth up to 4,3
GHz.

So Hermes is still a very good SDR!

73, Kjell
