[hpsdr] Not working Metis available

I know that Metis boards are hard to get so…

I have an extra Metis that updates firmware, can be seen in PowerSDR,
but doesn’t work when Pennylane or Mercury are on the bus.

JP1 is correct. All boards show zero firmwares.

This may be simple to fix for some of you - so if you need a Metis
and can get this going, I will be happy to provide to you for cost of shipping.

Under the circumstances, i can ship US only.
