[hpsdr] Andromeda front panel PCB

Hi.

I have sent the updated Gerber files to the PCB manufacturer so Aivars 
is going to get the right version. And  Laurence, can you publish the 
latest results and the picture of your version of Andromeda? May be some 
more can be interested in building it.
