[hpsdr] Thetis v2.8.11 with Hermes.

Thanks Martin for the program.
My first impression is great. It fixed one problem which I searched for 
weeks, but shall come back
to the matter in general. There are still the former from me mention 
problems present, like Power Meter
or that Vac is not invoked on start. But as whole its working as best TX 
program I have in use here, and there
many.
