[hpsdr] Thetis v2.8.11 with Hermes.

Thanks both and it seems it is not just me, so I hope this will be fixed in
the next release...
Now we can see the big advantage in open source code, at least anyone can
have a go at
fixing any bugs - I would not use anything else.
If anyone is in a hurry for a fixed version I can send them my fixed
executable - 11,5MB.
