[hpsdr] Penelope 6m output power

Thank you for your answer, Helmut. Most probably it's quite hard to achieve
such a LPF like 1-54MHz. Anyway, there is a possibility to cut the onboard
LPF out when external LPF is used. I will take a look into it.
