[hpsdr] SSTV out of sync lines

Hi,

Does anybody have a good idea where this effect comes from?
SSTV lines are out of sync by block:

The equipments here are Ozy, Mercury, Penelope, Excalibur
PowerSDR mRX v3.4.9
