[hpsdr] PennyWhistle MOSFET's

For the end of this long saga. TX carrier signal looks super clean now down
to the -100dB at the Penelope output. -100dB is the bottom what I currently
see when sending signal into the 50Ω sma dummy load and watcing it with
Mercury. Now I can say it is the high end digital radio.
