[hpsdr] HPSDR occasional crash

 I did create LibUSB-Win32 ver. 1.2.7.1 drivers for Ozy and I'm really
amazed how good the radio sounds now under Win11. I live in quite rural
place in Estonia and the 20m band backround noise sounds like a pure white
noise now. My HPSDR sounds like the real direct conversion radio now. If I
loop my own SSB TX audio back (MON) it sounds much better now and there is
no noticeable lag anymore. I don't know why and where it came from but
there was some kind of distortion under Win7 and LibUSB-Win32 ver. 0.1.12.2
drivers.
