[hpsdr] HPSDR occasional crash

NB! PennyWhistle shows IMD -32dB @ 16W output in the two tone test and RF
output looks far better now. There was nothing wrong with PennyWhistle
MOSFET's, it was distorted audio stream between PC and HPSDR hardware under
64-bit Win7 Pro and LibUSB-Win32 ver. 0.1.12.2 drivers.
