[hpsdr] Munin II and Munin 400 on github.

Hi all.

I have put Munin III and Munin 400 on github. Not all files are there 
but I intend to have all Gerber files published. For Munin 400 I have 
made PCB´s for the PA, a control board with a Nextion display, a board 
for antenna switching of 4 antennas, an I/O board for LPF selection and 
PTT. I am also going to publish the schematics and PCB for a 600W LPF 
using the Zolotarev type LPF. Also an ATU is coming.
