[hpsdr] IP ADDRESS SETTING FOR ETIS?

Good evening all,  If anyone may help me.  Somehow my HPSDR software was removed from my computer (not by me)
I think MicroSoft did it when I installed updates. (?)  After reloading the software, it no longer recognizes the hardware.I can not seem to get the ethernet IP address correct.  What is the secret?
