[hpsdr] Is this list dead?

I realize the TAPR HPSDR project is getting long in tooth, but it is still (was) a great sdr.I need help with why the ETIS IP address does not seem to recognize the hardware.
Is there anyone that my shed some light as to why the software will not see ETIS?I've tried changing the IP address without success.  
There seems to be four IP ports in the setup.Please, what am I missing?
