[hpsdr] Discovery and UCB

I just discovered this list.  Should have looked for something like this before.

What has happened to TeamSpeak for this effort?  Used to get a link on the flex list to the stream of the latest recording.  Where can I find this link?

I am planning on making the original UCB available.  I have obtained the source for the boards and pic and once I have a pilot running will attempt to fulfill the outstanding demand.
