[hpsdr] ARRL SDR Working Group report by N4HY

While browsing around the web, I just happened to stumble upon Bob
N4HY's excellent July report to the ARRL Board for the SDR Working
Group.  Even now, it is not too outdated and makes interesting reading.
 Unfortunately the ARRL does a very good job of hiding these things on
its website ;-)

As you can see, it is in Word "doc" format but plays well with Open
Office.  Gives a good summary of various groups and projects.  In my
opinion, worth looking at.
