[hpsdr] Discussion List Delays

Our hosting provider who provides services for our discussion list
(reflector) has been having server problems.  Therefore, if you have
posted a message to our reflector today, it might still be in the queue.

Here's the latest notice from our provider (Dreamhost.com) as of around
0000 UTC (a short time ago):

"After fighting with the file server all night we’ve finally got it back
up and in a usable state. No data was lost during this outage.

"At the moment we’re slowly bringing just mail access back online so we
can keep an eye on things and make sure everything is running smoothly.
If all goes well then we’ll turn website and shell access on too. While
the situation has vastly improved, things are still not 100% so your
continued patience is appreciated. Check back here for further details
later.

I've found my email (going thru this host) has been delayed up to over
12 hours now and the past hour it has been trickling in from all times
today.

ADVANCE NOTICE!  Our host has advised that the discussion list system is
expected to be down on MONDAY, July 17, around 11 a.m. PDT (1800 UTC)
for maybe an hour for a major software upgrade.  Expect a delay around
that time.
