[hpsdr] Xilinx Coregen DDS

It came with the full version that is limited to one years use but 
the software is fully functional, the generated code is good forever, 
and you can give it away, but it's for use with Xilinx products only. 
I do have restrictions on how long I can use technical support. But 
with forums these days , it's not to har to find some answers.

My copies are registered and fully functional. They didn't seem to 
restrict it to one PC, I installed it in two PC's sent in my license 
number and asked for two activation keys and they gave them to me.

The registration mentioned that at the end of the year's period I can 
ask for a new activation key. Even if that doesn't work it's worth 
spending $99 a year to get two software packages that are fully 
functional and equivalent to the retail version that cost $ 1000's

For software that sells for so much money they sure don't take too 
many precautions to protect it either.

The demo version has a time limited functionality on the code it generates.
