[hpsdr] JANUS: Update on Alpha

Thanks Bob,

I was wondering about that myself.  I have two camps of thought, one, to use
a AC97 codec, or, two, one of the 24-bit ADC in the cookoff.  That being
perhaps the Cirrus Logic CS5381.
